The ‘One Place to Go’ to Manage your own Connections, Flows and APIs
ConneX4 IT Integration Hub provides you with everything you need for your data management needs, all in one place, so that your applications can exchange information simply and reliably, saving your business time and effort.
Centrally Managed Integration Hub
With the increased use of cloud-based applications, the number of data connections utilized within a typical IT business (MSPs, TSPs, VARs, Retailers) continues to grow. Gone are the days of having one application or platform to run the entire business. But having 5 or 10, or even dozens of systems interacting with each other, means it is only a matter of time before they become difficult to manage via traditional point-to-point integration.
ConneX4 IT Integration Hub brings integration settings into a common digital hub accessible via a client portal. Using a standardized approach of replacing complex coding with no code/low-code interactions, it allows your team to easily monitor and manage all of your integrations with ease.
'Ready to Use'
(Pre-built, Pre-tested) Connectors
By keeping the ConneX4 IT Integration Hub platform focused on the integrations common to the Information Technology (IT) industry & channel, it provides significant advantages for implementing and managing those connectors critical to the users who depend on them.
ConneX4 IT Integration Hub equips clients with certified and proven integration templates which increase predictability in their service offering, shorten the timeline to deploy, and drastically decrease the initial costs thanks to the investment already made in the platform. As use of the system matures, users become more agile and proportionate maintenance costs continue to shrink over time.
Standardized Data Relationships
ConneX4 IT Integration Hub’s template-based approach insures that all arriving or departing data is mapped to a common data model. Data can be mapped directly using default values, field-to-field relationships, or predefined-functions including validations, transformations or aggregations. Additionally, data enrichment can be implemented programmatically to ensure all possible requirements can be accommodated.
Data Validation, Aggregation & Transformation
When the ConneX4 IT Integration Hub is processing a flow of data it may need to determine whether the data meets certain conditions to continue operations. Specific rules can be configured to do just that.
Or when data may be passed with an unacceptable value, even though it is technically valid, data validation can be used to reject the data as an error. Or circumstances may require that data submitted from a source application be augmented or transformed to meet the requirements of the target application. ConneX4 IT Integration Hub provides the versatility to handle each of these needs.
Centralized Management & Transaction Logs
ConneX4 IT Integration Hub provides a single console to manage and track all of your connections and data, allowing you to maintain accountability throughout the entire process. When you have one integration or a dozen, having a single place to go to manage them all makes your business more efficient.
With detailed transaction history logs which record the success (or failure) of all transactions flowing through he system, and console or email alerts to provide notification when errors are encountered, ConneX4 IT Integration Hub provides a higher level of oversight than attempting to manage many separate application integrations one by one.
Scheduled Data Flows
ConneX4 IT Integration Hub provides a versatile scheduler allowing your data to flow from source application to target, exactly when it is needed, and with flexibility to set the schedule on a flow-by-flow basis. Or, when required, the data flows can be set to ‘on demand’ where they will only take effect when needed. Either way, ConneX4 IT Integration Hub’s versatility will provide you with the scheduling options you need.
Error Handling and Alerts
When ConneX4 IT Integration Hub detects an error from its validation rules or other triggering events, the data is flagged as having an error condition and:
- Is Displayed as an alert on the management console for any needed action.
- An email notification is sent to the designated party for alert and possible resolution.
Staging Environment & Versioning
When setting up a new connector, ConneX4 IT Integration Hub provides you with the option to test the integration in a private staging or ‘sandbox’ environment. This is a very helpful way to insure everything is correct before promoting the connection to the production environment, whether it is a new connection or replacement/upgrade. After thorough testing in staging, you can publish the connection to production whenever ready.
ConneX4 IT Integration Hub also provides automatic versioning and rollback, to keep track of your changes from one version of your connection to the next, or to roll it back to the prior version when necessary.
